Lynann helps clients own their personal power and step forward with confidence. A seasoned business executive and effective communications strategist, she draws on three decades of leadership expertise and global experiences to understand the challenges facing today’s leaders. 

Lynann works with professionals of all levels to discover their essential selves, trust their inner wisdom, and courageously apply both in any situation. Whether that’s developing effective business strategies, influencing decision making, making career shifts, navigating challenging relationships, or simply doing their best work and being their best selves. She supports leaders in forging alignment – across the team, throughout the organization and among stakeholder communities. She also provides strategic communications counsel, ensuring clarity of institutional narratives and their impact on diverse audiences.

A former Vice President for Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, and a 30-year veteran of the tech industry, Lynann has lived, worked or volunteered in seven countries on four continents. She’s guided CEOs at Fortune 500 companies, met with Heads of State, and engaged with Nobel laureates in the U.S. and abroad.  

  • While in Kenya, she launched a program called Women’s TechConnect, a coaching and mentoring program to help professional women succeed in ICT roles.
  • While in India, she taught digital storytelling to Tibetan refugees, allowing them to preserve their culture as they learned new skills.
  • While in South Africa, she coached social entrepreneurs in business acumen and leadership, elevating their confidence in negotiating successful business opportunities. 

Originally from Chicago, Lynann now resides in the Seattle area. A lifelong learner, she keeps current on emerging technologies and their role in society through ongoing study with Stanford’s Continuing Education, and is an active member of the Future World Alliance, focusing on Responsible AI. Genuine, thoughtful and soulful, her purpose in life is to bring people together for collective good, helping them become purpose-conscious, rather than self-conscious.
