Project: Brand stewardship and crisis communications following indictment of United Way of America’s President

Role: Provided public relations counsel, strategic positioning and messaging to maintain brand loyalty during three-month crisis.  Served as regional spokesperson.  Developed community relations programs to re-engage constituent base and maintain brand loyalty.

Outcome: Maintained donor base during a crisis, increased volunteer participation and donor contributions in subsequent annual fund drives.
