Role: Developed “intrapreneurial” startup business to develop and deliver digital communications strategies for global companies and social innovators.  Co- created vision, business model and strategic communications framework.  Drove program development and delivery, managed ongoing budgets and financial reporting.

Outcome:  Launched eight new products/services; generated $1M in revenue in first year.  Established standards and best practices.  Received several industry/organizational awards, including PR Professional of the Year and Innovator of the Year.
