Project: The Imagine Network – an international portal aggregating programs and support for youth entrepreneurs in developing markets, notably the Middle East, Africa and SE Asia.
Role: Provided strategic guidance for development and design of portal, evolving approach from educational content to interactive experiences. Tailored I4D initiatives to youth entrepreneurs. Co-drove audience-based research and discovery process to determine audience needs, motivations and technology access. Developed strategic recommendations for comprehensive partner approach – to field affiliates, content partners, corporate donors and distribution conduits.
Outcome: Aligned key stakeholders toward a common vision for engaging youth from the Middle East, Africa and SE Asia. Influenced the direction of the portal from straight educational content to mobile-accessed interactive experiences.
