Project: Forge leadership alignment and adoption of new service model.
Role: Developed communications framework, positioning and change management initiatives surrounding new services and delivery models. Drove leadership engagement through 1:1 interviews, focus group discussions and interactive workshops. Crafted a comprehensive narrative and presentation deck for the president and CEO to deliver to the Board.
Outcome: Leadership team was fully bought-in and played an influential role in Board acceptance and approval of the new services and delivery model.
