Project: Communicate corporate restructure and employee reduction in force.
Role: Developed comprehensive communications strategy for the CEO and his leadership team to maintain employee trust and customer loyalty as the company restructured. Coached C-Suite leaders on building resilience and confidence within their teams. Created pre/during/post communiques and employee outreach. Developed messaging architecture and cascade. Wrote CEO’s thought leadership pieces, All-Hands scripts, and social media assets.
Outcome: Messaging was comprehensive and consistent among the C-Suite and throughout the organization. Employee feedback indicated that people understood why the restructure was necessary and were confident in leadership’s ability to weather economic headwinds.
