Project: Secure cross-divisional approval of strategic priorities for the company’s future.
Role: Partner with the Corporate Strategy leadership team to engage executives in Engineering, Program Management, Sales and Marketing in prioritizing future product development and delivery. Conducted multiple workshops, discovery sessions and engagement initiatives to secure company-wide agreement on the company’s strategic priorities.
Outcome: Built consensus and alignment on the company’s top three priority areas for the next 10 years.
