Project: Created and launched Digital Strategies Group
Role: Developed intrapreneurial startup business to develop and deliver digital communications strategies for global companies and social innovators. Co-created vision, business model and strategic communications framework. Drove GTM strategies, program development and delivery. Managed ongoing budgets and financial reporting.
Outcome: Launched eight new products/services; generated $1M in revenue in first year. Established standards and best practices. Received several industry/organizational awards, including PRSA’s PR Professional of the Year, and Waggener Edstrom’s Innovator of the Year.
